BIRTH:
I am mother to four grown children, all of whom were born at
home, was active in the local (Syracuse) home birth group
when it existed, and taught Bradley childbirth classes for
twelve years. I am currently in the process of starting a
BirthNetwork National chapter here in Central New York and
would welcome anyone who's interested in helping to work on
educating both birthing women and their health care providers
about birth alternatives as well as create change in the birthing
environment in the CNY area.

MEDITATION:
I am also living (or trying to!) Gandhi's idea of "being the
change I would like to see in the world" by teaching an eight
week series of meditation classes. I lead a Global Meditation at
May Memorial in Syracuse every Wednesday from 9-9:30PM.
